I have always loved designing at Fearing’s private room Sendero at the Ritz Carlton Dallas. It is the perfect size for nearly any event and the lighting and features are already so beautiful and elegant that it requires very little from a design perspective to enhance the room. I was approached about designing a big birthday celebration for the mother of my client who has a property at the Ritz Residences. His plan was to have an elegant afternoon tea in his home followed by a seated dinner with dancing and cocktails to celebrate his mother with all of their dearest family and friends. I can only hope one day one of my sons would want to do the same! I may have a few opinions though 🙂 The team at the Ritz is always so gracious and accommodating and this evening came together beautifully not only for the afternoon tea with gorgeous food by Cassandra, but a candlelit patio dinner at Fearing’s with touches of soft blush and lavender made this a night to remember.
