With the best view in Dallas and all the service and access of a luxury hotel, who could say no to this gorgeous Penthouse on the 22nd Floor of the Ritz Carlton Dallas? When real estate agent Aaron Carroll approached me about designing for his listing party with DeBoulle and PaperCity I was thrilled to see this perfectly designed space and add touches of high end florals to compliment this home. Aaron’s request was for clean green and white florals with unique touches and had a few general ideas of where he wanted them to go.
After reviewing some photos I quickly got to work selecting florals for this event. I was truly in luck because there is nothing more unique and impactful than a King Protea and there was a green and white King stem available that week! Sage green poppy pods, champagne and playa blanca roses, silver brunia, ‘brainy’ celosia, parrot tulips and one of my all-time favorite ponpon rannuculus came together for florals for the kitchen, dining and living areas of the house.
I was so thrilled with how the color palette and textures of these florals blended beautifully in a home with its own unique style. DeBoulle brought some of the most gorgeous gems you have ever seen for guests to enjoy. Aaron hosted the perfect evening to honor this property and to no one’s surprise it was under contract quickly.
